📝 Bin Butler Calgary – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bin Butler Calgary! By signing up for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions—designed to keep things smooth, fair, and hassle-free (for you and your bins).

📦 Cart Access Policy

  • Bins must be accessible from the front of your property by 7 PM the night before your city’s scheduled pickup day.

  • We do not retrieve carts from garages, behind fences, or backyards (unless you’ve arranged specialty service).

  • If your bins are inaccessible, we’ll leave a friendly “Missed You” notice, and your service will resume the following scheduled visit.

  • After collection, we’ll return your bins to your property by end of day.

âś… Service Guarantee

We stand behind your bins—literally. If we miss a scheduled pickup, we’ll come back and complete it ASAP at no extra cost.
If the city skips pickup (weather or other), we’ll follow their schedule adjustments.

đźš› Dump Run Policy (If Applicable)

  • Flat rate: $55 per dump run

  • Includes standard household waste only

  • No hazardous materials, batteries, electronics, or furniture

  • Oversized items? We may be able to help—contact us for a quote

Think of this as an extra garbage day… without the trip to the dump.

đź’ł Billing & Payment Policy

  • Monthly subscribers must maintain a valid payment method on file

  • Missed/failed payments will incur a $40 dishonored payment fee

  • Services may be paused until your account is in good standing

We’ll always send reminders before things get funky.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice (email or online)

  • Prepaid services are non-refundable but will be honored until the period ends

  • For one-time or short-term services, cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup

🕶️ Liability & Expectations

  • Bin Butler Calgary is not liable for missed pickups due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or surprise snowbanks

  • We are not responsible for city collection errors, but we’ll always help you troubleshoot

  • It’s your responsibility to ensure bins are clean, secure, and accessible
